These steps describe the home acquisition process.
- First, attend an advertised open house, or schedule a viewing of the home.
- Complete an application which authorizes a credit check.
- A credit report is pulled and prior residential references are verified.
- Your cashiers check for the first month + security deposit secures the home.
- A lease agreement is signed by the tenant(s) and the landlord.
- Utilities are transfered into the name of the tenant(s).
- Keys to the home are presented.
- Congratulations... You move in!
